机械磨损，即是当水泥地面和工业厂房保定环氧地坪被反复磨损，淹没和冲击而造成的损坏。然而混凝土的机械磨损就是当混凝土受反复的机械摩擦时，最先被磨损的是最表面的硬化水泥浆体层或者是水泥砂浆面层。因为混凝土的强度，硬度，特别是其面层的强度、硬度是据顶混凝土耐磨性的最重要的一点，混凝土的机械磨损会大大降低其面层的耐磨性能。
